I have not received an order confirmation?
Have a look in your spam folder first – that is where the confirmation ends up most often. If it is not there either, drop us a quick message here and tell us your name and the email address you ordered with. We will check whether your order reached us and get back to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal · Visa · Mastercard · American Express · Discover · Bank transfer
You can conveniently pay with PayPal or by bank transfer in advance. Credit and debit cards are handled through PayPal – you do not need a PayPal account of your own for that.Can you assemble the PaperShape and ship it to me?
Unfortunately not – we only ship the kits for you to build yourself. You get everything you need with them, and the video tutorials walk you through every step.
What does the success guarantee mean?
Sometimes the crafting does not turn out the way you imagined – we completely understand. Just let us know here if you are not happy with the result – then you get your money back.
How much is shipping?
Within Germany 5,90 €, to all other countries 11,90 €. From 45,00 € onwards we ship your parcel free of charge within Germany. PDF templates cost you nothing extra – they come to you by email.
How long does shipping take?
As soon as your payment reaches us we pack your kit, which takes us about 1–2 working days. After that DHL is on the road for about 2–3 working days within Germany. Abroad it takes a little longer, depending on the country.
Where do I find the download link for my digital product?
You get the link by email, usually within an hour of your payment. If it does not turn up, have a look in your spam folder – that is where it hides most often.
I have not received a download link, what can I do?
No worries – usually the email is simply sitting in your spam folder, so have a look there first. If it is not there either, drop us a quick message here. Let us know the email address you ordered with – a typo slips in more easily than you would think. We will then send you the link again.
How do I install my trophy from paper on the wall?
Where do I find the video tutorial?
You will find all the video tutorials here – step by step, and you can pause them whenever you like while crafting.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, at any time – including before your parcel has gone out. Just fill in the form below, that is all we need. You have until fourteen days after you received the goods, and all the details are in our terms and conditions. If you have already paid, you get the full amount back right away.
Can I exchange the kit or send it back?
Both work. Send the kit back to us in its original packaging:

You pay for sending it back – for an exchange just as for a return. For an exchange we then send you the new kit at our expense. One tip from experience: please do not send it as a large letter. It ends up in the letterbox, and that creases the kit.
What do I need to open the digital templates?
With any PDF program – the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, for example. Most computers, tablets and phones already have one installed; if not, downloading it takes a couple of minutes.
Can I edit the digital templates myself?
Unfortunately not. Our PDFs are password-protected, so you cannot edit them in graphics software or with a cutting plotter. Printing them and getting started is of course always fine.
What am I allowed to do with the free templates?
As often as you like: download, print, craft and keep the file on your computer – all for private use. You are welcome to give away the finished paper model as a present, but please do not pass on the template itself. And you may not use it commercially.
What is a commercial use of the templates?
A few typical examples – the list is not exhaustive:
- Use as part of commercial events such as trade fairs, exhibitions, workshops (paid or unpaid)
- Use as part of displays in commercial venues (e.g. stores, fair booths)
- Use as promotional items
Can I post your DIY project on my blog?
Yes, we would love that – with two small requests: post a photo of your finished project and link back to the original blog post. On Pinterest you are welcome to share our photos freely.
Non-profit use: We are a non-profit-organization, can we use your files?
Yes, gladly. Clubs, churches and other non-profit organisations may use our free templates – as raffle prizes to raise donations, for example, or as an activity with children and teenagers at a holiday camp. Just let us know beforehand here what you are planning.
